Delivery and Collection

Nothing is sold or shipped through this website. You send a quote request on the website or WhatsApp, and the store confirms prices, availability and how you will receive your goods.
Collect in store
You can collect from the store in Metz Village, Ga-Sekororo. The store lets you know when your order is ready. Please bring your quote or invoice reference and, for larger loads, a vehicle suited to the materials.
Delivery
If you need materials delivered to site, choose "Ask about delivery" on the quote form and give the village, area or site address. The store will tell you whether it can deliver to your area, the delivery cost and the expected date, and these will be shown on your quote. Delivery is only confirmed once the quote is accepted.
- Someone must be on site to receive and check the delivery.
- The site must be safely accessible for a delivery vehicle. If the vehicle cannot reach the site, goods are offloaded at the nearest safe point.
- Check the goods before signing the delivery note and note any damage or shortage on it.
Large and heavy items
Long lengths (timber, steel, roof sheeting, lintels), bulk bags, JoJo tanks and large sanware may need special handling. The store will advise when you get your quote.
